SPURVILLE - An Omaha man was arrested Friday night in Stanton County for driving a stolen vehicle.

Sheriffs located the stolen vehicle traveling westbound and ultimately stopped the vehicle following a high risk stop about one mile east of the Highway 57 and Highway 275 intersection (Spurville).

The suspect, 38-year-old Corey Dugger, was arrested for theft by receiving, driving during suspension and being a habitual criminal as he has more than two prior felony convictions with prison terms served. The SUV was secured and later returned to the owner who was travelling on Interstate 29 from Sioux Falls.
