Toys For Tots

NORFOLK - It’s important every kids gets a new toy for Christmas, and one organization along with community help, is trying to do just that.

Jerod Neuhalfen with Toys for Tots says there are drop boxes throughout Norfolk where you can drop off new and unwrapped toys that will go to kids in need.

Neuhalfen says they’re more in need of gifts in some age groups than others.

"The age groups we really struggle with are newborns to 2-year-olds as there's not a lot of selection to purchase from and then teenagers 13 plus as they want new technology. Books and board games all go a long way though."

There are a variety of drop boxes throughout Norfolk, including one at our WJAG Studios, 309 Braasch Avenue.
